I bought this Gotham Steel pan thinking it would be fine on my stove, but it just doesn’t seem to work properly with my induction cooktop. It barely heats up unless I keep shifting it around, which gets annoying fast. It might be totally fine on other types of stoves, but for mine it was kind of a letdown. I just wish the compatibility had been clearer before I ordered it...

I mostly cared about getting a decent set of pans without spending too much, and these worked out fine for that. I haven’t paid super close attention to every little detail, but for what I paid, they’ve been good enough and do the job.

I really wanted to like this, but wow, food clings to it like it’s fighting for its life. Even after soaking, I still have to scrub and scrub, and it turns into this whole dramatic kitchen battle every time. i’m disappointed and would not call this easy to clean at all.

I tried using it a few times, but the middle gets really hot while the edges stay kind of cold. It’s not a biggest deal, but it makes heating food a little annoying sometimes.

The pan works alright for basic cooking, but the handle already feels a little loose and the coating scratched way faster than I expected. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, so give me a break. I thought it would be built a lot sturdier

I made omelets and chicken in this pan last night, and the eggs slid right off with no sticking at all. Cleanup was super easy too, which is a nice change from some other nonstick pans I’ve tried that start clinging after a few uses. It also heated evenly, so I’m happy with it so far.

I emailed twice and even called once, but still never got a real answer from anyone. it’s ridiculous that no one could be bothered to follow up.

I’ve had my Gotham Steel pan for a few months now, the coating is still looking good. I’ve been trying to take decent care of it, so I usually stick with medium heat and I always wash it by hand instead of tossing it in the dishwasher. There is one tiny little scratch that showed up, but so far it hasn’t caused any problems, and food still isn’t sticking to the surface. Overall, I’d say it’s been holding up better than I expected.

I’ve used it in the oven a few times now and just tossed it in the dishwasher afterward. It came out clean every time with no warping or weird marks. Happy with it so far...

I tried to return a pan it was way more annoying than it needed to be. I kept getting passed around between people, and then, actually, the whole warranty thing was useless too. Still haven’t gotten my refund, so yeah, not a great experience.

I’ve been cooking with it for a few weeks now and somehow there are still no scratches. i’m starting to think my old cookware was the one causing all the problems.

I bought it when I was feeling a little pressured to replace my old pan fast, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s been good for everyday cooking. The handle is comfortable and doesn’t feel awkward, even when the pan is full. It can get a bit warm near the base if I’m cooking for a while, so I still keep a towel close by just in case. Overall though, no real complaints.

The only thing I noticed is that the bottom started to warp slightly, even though I mostly use it on medium heat. It still cooks fine, but it doesn’t sit completely flat anymore. I’d prefer it to hold its shape better, but overall I’m still satisfied with it.
